The method used by Rubo-Konstrukcje to attach the tarpaulin to the fixed structure of the canopy differs from traditionally used solutions. As a material for tarpaulins used in the system of tarpaulins - polyester (PES) covered with high-quality PVC material (weight 650/m2), painted on one or, optionally, on both sides. It is characterized by light transmission, increased mechanical strength and resistance to mechanical damage. It ranks among non-absorbent and waterproof materials. It has the necessary certificates for non-flammability and durability of the material.

The system of attaching the keder tarpaulin to the scaffolding is relatively easy. A special aluminum profile is attached to the system stands of the scaffolding with a screw clamp, allowing the tarpaulin to be pulled in smoothly, the corners of which have been stiffened with a flexible plastic rod - keder. This solution ensures the tightness and durability of the tarpaulin connection and creates the conditions for the secure fixing of the tarpaulin along its entire length and the even linear distribution of loads on the surface, coming from the wind pressure. Such a condition eliminates the accumulation of stresses, which makes it possible to reduce the geometric cross-sections of the elements, and thus the weight of the structure. An important advantage of the applied solution for fixing tarpaulins is the exclusion of the possibility of fraying of its edge, which is located in the slot of the profile, thus increasing its service life.

Thanks to the Rubo roofing system, it is quite easy to build airtight production and storage halls on the basis of scaffolding and girder constructions. The keder tarpaulin system allows you to protect ongoing repair and construction work from adverse weather conditions such as strong winds, rainfall or snowfall, and thanks to its tightness, if the air inside is heated, it allows you to continue work when the air temperature drops.

Rubo-Konstrukcje offers scaffolding tarpaulins, which are used for basic protection of freshly laid mortar and facade materials from precipitation, dust and wind. Scaffolding tarpaulins are also designed to protect the scaffolding surroundings, especially passersby, from falling debris pieces or other objects.

The scaffolding tarpaulins that we offer distinguish in terms of durability and quality of workmanship. The grammage of the construction tarpaulin is 170g/m2. Scaffolding protective tarpaulins are made of polyethylene, to be precise - the base mesh is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and the double-sided laminated coating is made of low-density polyethylene (LDPE).
Scaffolding tarpaulins are transparent, so that work contractors are provided with sufficient light.
Our construction tarpaulins have ties with prefabricated holes to facilitate their installation to scaffolding.
