Krause aluminum mobile scaffolding
In our assortment you will find certified mobile constructions made by the manufacturer Krause. Aluminum scaffolding of this type is equipped with height-adjustable mobile casters, so you can easily adapt them to uneven ground and thus provide the structure with stable support. Each mobile scaffold from our offer is characterized by load capacity - up to 200 kg/m2. It is worth mentioning that the top scaffolds of the Protec and Stabilo series of the Krause manufacturer are equipped with a brake, which additionally stabilizes the mobile casters. With higher sets, additional side supports are an added advantage of this design. Some models in the Stabilo series have steel stabilizers (base) and self-clamping connections that guarantee quick assembly.
Protec scaffolding occurs in several variants. The standard Protec series has platform dimensions: 2m x 0.7m. The Protec XS series also has a platform dimension of 2m x 0.7m, but it has a folding frame in the scaffold base to speed up scaffold construction. This frame is dimensioned to pass through most doorways in buildings. Krause Protec XXL scaffold is characterized by an extended working platform area (up to 2 platforms), i.e. 2m x 1.35m. Protec series scaffolding is offered up to a working height of 12.30m, but when used outdoors the height is 10m. Scaffold frames are used for communication. They have profiled anti-slip rungs, so climbing is safe. Handrails, bracing and platforms are secured with metal bolts equipped with butterfly screws. Scaffolding platforms are made of non-slip plywood. The casters are torsion, have a brake and are equipped with a screw to level the scaffolding.
During assembly, please refer to the instructions, which include a ballasting table, with some variants of extension it is necessary to use ballast or anchor the scaffolding to a permanent structure. These elements are additional equipment and are not included in the sold sets.
SERIA STABILO
The Stabilo series is a system for professional usage. The offered scaffoldings comply with the EN 1004 regulation and have received TÜV SÜD certification. The diversity of the Stabilo series allows you to choose scaffolding that suits your needs. The working height of the sets ranges from 3.30 m to 14.40 m (increased in 1 m increments). The system is available in three lengths of 2m, 2.5m and 3.0m and in two widths of 0.75m and 1.50m. This scaffolding is characterized by a patented system of compression joints that allow quick assembly and disassembly of such elements as handrails, bracing and platforms. These connections guarantee very high stability of scaffolding. The scaffolding has the option of adjusting the platforms every 25cm, which are mounted on the scaffolding frames. The scaffoldings marked 10, 100 and 1000 have a working platform in the width of 75cm, while those marked 50, 500, 5000 and 5500 feature a platform width of 1.5m. Made of aluminum, the scaffolding is characterized by low weight, so there are no problems with transporting or lifting the elements.
- The Stabilo Series 10 and 50 are available in scaffolding lengths - 2.0m and 2.5m - and in two width variants.
The sets are equipped with a lightweight steel stabilizer (base) and 150mm diameter rollers with height adjustment in the range of 220 - 335mm.
- The 100 and 500 series come in 3 lengths - 2.0m, 2.5m and 3.0m - and in two widths - 0.75m and 1.5m.
The structure has a strong steel stabilizer so that the assembled scaffolding can be easily moved over the stabilizer. The scaffolding in these variants has larger rollers with a diameter of 200mm with an adjustment range of 300 - 570mm and has a double composite handrail at the working platform which provides greater rigidity.
- The 1000 and 5000 series has variants like the 100 and 500 series, and is also equipped with 200mm diameter adjustable rollers. However, it differs from previous models by not having a stabilizer in the base, and from the lowest models there are 4 side supports to ensure scaffolding stability. Depending on the configuration, it is sometimes necessary to use ballasting elements (accessories). For ballasting data, please refer to the installation instructions.
- The 5500 series occurs from 4.50m to 12.50m working height (in 2m increments), one platform length of 2.0m and width of 1.5m. The main advantage of this model is the stairs, which provide a safe as well as comfortable ascent to the required height even when bringing heavier items or tools.
